I had the Supreme Burrito with shredded beef. Comes with rice and beans. Flan for dessert. The nacho chips served when we sat down were hot.The outside of the building needs some work. I did not see a sign. It was dark when I went. Google Maps took me there.Everyone in our group of four enjoyed their meals.I will eat here again and recommend it highly.

If.you are in the mood for Mexican food Coyote Rojo! We have been here a few times in passing through town. My husband ordered a chicken taco meal. Get the one with three, it's the best deal. I got the chicken taco salad. It's my favorite.

Best authentic mexican food IN CENTRAL FLORIDA!!!!!!!!! i moved here from California and wasn't able to find any Mexican restaurant even remotely close to authentic UNTIL NOW!!!!! amazing food! Great prices and a wonderful experience every time

Amazing food!!! We are vegans. Rice has meat broth but beans are vegan. I travel the world including Mexico, delicious food. In fact, the best Mexican I have ever had. Great price. We had veggie burrito. Veggies were done to perfection. I wish I lived in this town so I could come by more often.

I was disappointed with myself for not visiting Koyote Rojo sooner. We moved to the area from South Florida in July 2024 but it wasn't until today that we ate there. Food was amazing, prices were very reasonable and service was magnificent from the time you arrive until you leave. Everyone is very nice!!!! We will definitely return soon.

Great Mexican food! Worth the drive from the surrounding Metro areas for hard to find authentic Mexican. No liquor, so no margaritas, but they do have a good selection of Mexican cervezas, including Pacifico. Service was prompt and friendly. Parking is a little tight but doable.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch, our server was great and food was out incredibly quick. We both got the chicken fajita salad, and it was excellent, everything was fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend, we will be back.
